Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess experience providing Decision Support in a medium to large corporate environment.
- An example would be performing economic and financial valuation on employee wages and benefits for specific scenarios and presenting the outcomes.
- Individual must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, be self motivated and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are also required. Past participation in union / company collaboration environments are a plus.
- Candidate must be able to build, test, document, and maintain Access & Spreadsheet applications and reports.
- Individual must be able to communicate and present financial outcomes and logic to a wide audience.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years experience in an analysis role including experience in Decision Support, database management, information systems and business
- Advanced skills in Access and Excel (pivot tables, macros and VBA) a must.
- Intermediate skills with Power Point required. Familiarity with Cognos Query Studio or similar business intelligence tools is required.
- Exeperience with SAS is a plus
- Bachelor Degree
- Health Industry experience is a plus but not required
